TR00003: Bank Profile (Added Cheque And Transfer Document Sequence Per Account)

The bank transactions document sequence or code was previously set either per company wide level or branch level. This update enhances that feature to allow up to the bank account level.

Note: System uses the branch level (and then company wide level) document sequence when this feature is blank or not set.

      • Chq Doc Seq (G) – Document Sequence Group For Cheques
      • Chg Doc Seq (P) – Document Sequence Partition For Cheques
      • Trf Doc Seq (G) – Document Sequence Group For Transfers
      • Trf Doc Seq (P) – Document Sequence Partition For Transfers

A300009: SIS Branch Settings (Added Portal Access: Auto Invite Settings)

Community portal users of SIS will now get auto invited (upon login) when their email address matches what was recorded from programs such as SIS Student Registration, and SIS Guardian Registration.

    • Default Student Private Portal Groups
    • Default Guardian Private Portal Groups

Note: Private community portal users are by default assigned to Private Portal Groups. The settings above automates that procedure.

        • Options:
          • Default Grading
          • Reedley International
      • (Optional) Grade Label – allows the grade sheet to be entered by labels (aside from numbers).
      • (Optional) Final Mark Label – some schools such as Reedley International require all terms/grading period to have the grade point average  (GPA) summed up, which may lead to range disparities on the curriculums’ transmutation tables and grade labels. The Final Mark Label solves this problem by converting the summed up GPAs’ back in to a label and then back to its transmuted number grade.
